Masashi Kishimoto’s greatest feat has got to be somehow managing to stealthily evade every opportunity to develop Ten-Ten’s character. I mean, it has to be on purpose, at this point; you don’t just forget an entire character.I’m forced to believe that Ten-Ten is pointedly useless, because her level of uselessness can NOT be a coincedence.
